Due to the demands of our contemplative and liturgical life, we are not able to provide the same service as purely commercial companies and vendors.  The monk responsible for shipping items can do so only 2 or 3 times each month.  At those times he will ship all the orders that have been received until that day.  We are not typically able to provide tracking numbers. Thank you for your patience.  If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email.  Refunds will be processed after we have received the returned items.
